WILLIAMSPORT – Rep. Jamie Flick (R- Lycoming) today applauded the approval of a $3 million low-interest loan to Chance Aluminum Corp. for the company's expansion plans at its current location in Williamsport.

Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) approved Chance Aluminum Corporation the 10-year $3 million loan with a 2.5 percent fixed interest rate to complete building modifications as well as purchase and install equipment associated with a new tension leveling line that will be added to the aluminum rolling mill operated by the company. The loan will allow the production of coils from common alloys, expanding production capacity and providing a secondary revenue stream. The company will create 113 new full-time jobs within three years. The total project cost is $7.5 million.
