Join Me in Harrisburg on Nov. 18 as We Advance 50/50 Custody Legislation

Tuesday, Nov. 18, represents the biggest opportunity we’ve had to make meaningful changes to Pennsylvania’s child custody laws. We’re having a legislative hearing and press conference to focus on House Bill 1499, my bill to ensure fairness in custody determinations and protect the rights of children to have equal access to both parents, provided they are willing and fit.

• 9-10:30 a.m. Policy Committee hearing in the Minority Caucus Room (418 Main Capitol Building, Harrisburg).
     o If you are coming to the Policy Committee hearing, you are encouraged to arrive at the Capitol by 8:30 a.m.
   • 10:30-11:30 a.m. Question and answer session with me in the Minority Caucus Room.
   • 1:30 p.m. press conference on the steps of the Main Rotunda.
